How can I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, as well as missed appointments without notice, will be charged at 100% of the booked service, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.

We will always try to accommodate minor delays. However, if your delay affects subsequent appointments, the full treatment fee may still apply.
How long do regular polish, Shellac, and Gel last?
Durability depends on your natural nail condition and lifestyle. As a general guideline:
• Regular polish: approximately one week
• Shellac: around two to three weeks
• Gel refill recommended after three to four weeks
For optimal nail health, we strongly recommend professional removal.
What nail designs do you offer?

Do you work with acrylic?
No, we do not offer acrylic services at N1 Beauty.
The health of your natural nails is a top priority for us. Based on our professional experience, acrylic systems can often cause thinning, weakening, and long-term damage to the natural nail.
For this reason, we work exclusively with high-quality gel systems that provide durability, structure, and a healthier alternative.
Our goal is to achieve beautiful results without compromising nail health.
Do you refill work done by other salons?
Yes, we do.
Please make sure to select the appropriate “Refill – External Work” option when booking your appointment, as correcting or adjusting work done elsewhere may require additional time.
In some cases, if the existing structure does not meet our quality standards, a complete removal may be recommended to ensure a flawless and safe result.
If my nails are damaged, can I still get gel?
Since the health of your nails is extremely important to us, we recommend prioritizing recovery if your nails are damaged, weakened, or overly thinned.
We are happy to guide you through a treatment-focused approach using professional care systems such as Nailberry, which can help restore strength and improve nail condition more effectively.
Our focus is always long-term nail health rather than temporary cosmetic results.
Do I need to send my nail design in advance?
There is no need to send your desired design before your appointment.
However, we kindly ask you to select your preferred design from our Instagram portfolio:

These are designs we specialize in and can confidently execute to our quality standards.
When booking, please make sure to add the design option to your service, as nail art requires additional time to ensure a perfect result.
Can I bring my pet to my appointment?
Unfortunately, as we are registered as a cosmetic salon in Austria, animals are not permitted on the premises due to hygiene regulations.

How can I reach N1 Beauty?
N1 Beauty is located at one of the most central addresses in the heart of Vienna.
We are easily accessible by public transport:
• U1 & U3 – Stephansplatz Station
• U1 & U4 – Schwedenplatz Station
Several bus and tram lines are also within walking distance.
If arriving by car, the Hoher Markt parking garage is conveniently located nearby.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes, several public parking garages are available within walking distance of the salon. We recommend allowing extra time for parking during busy hours. Please note that parking fees apply.
